What are your Bible covers made of? - We use Live Oak or Oak Leaf tooling leather. We use 8 - 9 oz. or 7 - 8 oz. leather for our tops and 2 - 3 oz. leather for the binders. The lining is 1 1/2 - 2 oz. morroco grain cowhide.

What do you need to make my bible cover? - We need the measurements of the bible that the cover is for. IE: Closed Hieght, Width and Thickness at the spine see Our planning guide for complete instruction on how to measure your bible. We need to know what style of cover you are interested in see Our Gallery. We need to know what design you would like to have tooled on the cover. see Our pattern page or submit your own pattern. And how you would like to have it finished, hand stitch or lace. We will draw a design up based on our conversation and email the pics to you. Once we have found a design you like we can start the cover.

How long does it take? - At the moment eight to twelve weeks.

How can I make payment? Payment can be made on the site via credit card at CC's Pages / My Payment Page or by money order, cashier's check, or personal check. There is a 10 business day wait on the latter 3 choices before work will begin.

How do you ship? - We like to use USPS priority insured shipping. We have yet to have a problem with something not showing up on time, they don't try and destroy our work, and they don't want my husband and dogs in trade for freight charges. We will ship UPS, Fed Ex, etc. at your request.

Is it all hand made? - All of our bible covers are 100% done by hand. All the sewing, lacing, dyeing, tooling, etc. I do all the work personally, Jesus does all the guiding.

How much is a Bible Cover? All of our covers are custom made to your specifications. We need to communicate via email with you about exactly what you want in size, style and amount of tooling to give an accurate price. We are not the cheapest out there, nor are we the most expensive. We are fair with our prices with the amount of work involved in making your cover. We will not sacrifice quality to lower our prices. Remember good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good. We do require a 50% deposit to start work on all orders and the balance upon completion. We will keep you posted via email .jpg as your project progressess.
